Lamp-in-a-Box

Ordered a half a dozen of these lamps with slight variations. Lamp base is contemporary and well suited for use virtually anywhere. Lamp shade is tall and narrow and complements base well. Only issue was that 2 of the 6 shades do not seem to fit perfectly straight on their bases. Certainly were not damaged in shipping as they came extremely well packaged.

Printing was excellent with the large black borders being very opaque..no pixelization whatsoever.

My daughter just turned 10 and got her own room for the first time. She wanted to decorate around a theme that included dogs and loves the color aqua. This lamp was PERFECT! We were able to find the exact color we needed and she is so happy with it. It actually looks like our dog. It arrived so quickly.

The lamp shade arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. It looks exactly as shown on the website. I already owned a "lamp in a box" that I ordered from Amazon a few years ago but it needed freshening up (as in a new shade). When I discovered this design on Zazzle, I thought it would be the perfect lamp shade for my lamp, and it is. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase!

The design, with black trim, is exactly as shown on the website. The turquoise, aqua, green, and orange colors look very vibrant against the white background and black lines.

The design is beautiful, I am pleased with the product EXCEPT there are supposed to be rubber tips on each of the legs. Only one leg had the tip, so its not balanced now and looks awful. I took the one tip off so it would be balanced but now legs look so cheap. Also, the bulb base is rather loose and I am a bit concerned with the socket. So much so that I will not leave this lamp on when I am not at home.

Gorgeous lamp - unfortunately, I changed my kitchen color scheme. I may be able to find another place for it though, or give it to a friend or family member. The only thing I didn't like is that the cord is way too bulky and stiff and there are no options on the cord length. I have an outlet in the ceiling close to where the lamp hangs. All of the extra cord is extremely difficult to work with.
