I'm so disappointed with this product. I purchased this personalized thumb drive as a gift for my nephew. I had his name and some personal information as well as a photo of him doing karate printed on it. I was going to put photos of his karate test on the thumb drive. I was so excited when I received it until I tried to insert the thumb drive in the USB port. It was too big. I notified Zazzle and they offered to send me a replacement at no charge. Bummer, the second one was too big to fit as well. I would have thought that the maker would have tested the second one before sending it to me. I received two different thumb drives, both too big for the port. I've asked for a full refund and will try to find something comparable elsewhere. I won't order a third one from this company. So disappointed.

I'm reviewing my own item, so take this one with a grain of salt. I LOVE how the graphic came out -- really clean edges, bright colors. The look is fantastic. What I'm not as happy with is the bottle's ability to keep anything cold. Might as well be a paper cup from McD's. So the convenience here is strictly the fact that there is a lid and a handle. But this bottle is not keeping your drink cold.

Paid $25 extra for special delivery date and item still has not been received.

The quality of the product was poor. Lid was hard to screw on.

Printing was ok but I was focused on the quality of the bottle.

It came out just how I wanted but it was smaller than expected.

The bottle hasn’t been used yet and the paint is already chipping. I have no faith that this will hold up long term.

material is of good quality. Keeps water fresh and cold for many hours. Love the look and quality of the piece. The art work and my Business logo looks awesome!

The design turned out well

This customized zip drive makes it easy to remember what is stored on it. I just look at the photo and I know which photos and videos are backed up on that drive.

Even though quite small, the printing was clear and the resolution was excellent.

Wow! Looks stylish. I wish I customized with text like "Tax" :-) I'll keep my financials there. The USB part works as intended.
