I think I would choose another color next time or less gloss. Customer service was excellent.

The finish on the tray was a high gloss black. First tray had a slight mark/indentation so it was replaced. Second had a bluish blemish. I was able to give one as gift.

The colors are very vivid against the black tray. The arrangement of the different iris through a digital process is pleasing to the eye.

The printing was clear and the detail was excellent.

Overall this product is excellent, the printing of the beautiful photograph became a masterpiece of wall art. The metal used is of outstanding quality as is the back wood mounting frame. The only problem is that those making up the wall art do not look at how the photo is presented on the website, thus they get the top of the photo misaligned when attaching the hanging wire to the wooden mounting framework. The hanging wire must be taken off and moved to the correct locations so that the photo hangs on the wall and looks like the photo pictured here, with TOP of photo on the TOP when hung.

Overall I think it is fine. I'm not crazy about how glossy it is but I knew it would be shiny when I ordered it. I wanted to see how that came across. It is a good print at a good price. The print is sharp and clear.

The colors were slightly less saturated than I expected, but overall the print was fine with one exception. I intended for the design to go all the way to the edge - bleed out to cover the whole surface, but instead there was a 0.1875 inch white border.

Love the fact that I can sport this medical symbol on my Tonka Truck. I get a lot of complements. Fits perfect.
