I ordered in necklace for my granddaughter on December 2, 2013. I was leaving for NY on December 19th and guessed the necklace would not arrive before then. I contacted a customer rep and had the mailing address changed to where I would be in NY. I got an email confirmation that it had been changed. On December 20, I got an email notifying me that the necklace had been shipped - to NC. I contacted a rep again, got another email confirmation that it would be mailed to NY and the necklace arrived in NC on Monday, December 23. When I got back from NY, I had to mail the necklace to my granddaughter.

The necklace was very nice.

Great gift for my 8 year old nephew, who is obsessed with all things Ninja. He had asked me to look for a Mon necklace with either a throwing star on it, or the yin/yang symbol, and this had BOTH! And he found the little bit of "blood" quite thrilling...The amulet quality was good; but the chain seemed a little light weight, and will hopefully hold up to constant wearing. Overall, we were very pleased with this purchase.

The colors were clear and crisp. I did not personalize this item.

I gave this to my Granddaughter and she loved it. It is made well and even though she is a bit rough on things I think it will last! Nice strong chain and it arrived just as pictured

Te belt buckle was quite solid, and te picture that I supplied came out perfect. There was no blurring or blueing of the pix, it was bright and clear and beautiful. It was also covered with a thick layer of plastic coating to ensure it would not be damaged by regular wear and use. The recipient of this belt buckle was thrilled and cried when she received it. It will be treasured I'm sure.

Great product at a great price!

This was the 2nd order and it turned out almost perfect. The only problem with it was the 4 is just a tad too far over; but my daughter loved it anyway.

My daughter loved this necklace with a picture of her and her niece on it. Ordered a second locket for my other daughter after receiving this one!

The picture for this necklace simply doesn't do it justice. It's gorgeous in person! The colors are vibrant, and the chain and metal shine! It was the perfect gift to give, and even they were blown away by how amazing this looked! Highly, HIGHLY recommended!

I was worried it would be really big but it was a really nice size, the picture fit nicely and my grandmother, who this was given too on Christmas, LOVED it. Probably loved it more than I did lol!

It was pretty much what I expected the picture to look like in the locket. It wasn't an HD picture but it looked very very nice and I loved it.

This necklace was adorable. I have a granddaughter who traveled to Paris last summer. She is 12 years old. Now she is all things Paris of course. This necklace was perfect for her. The image is fairly busy though and the message was almost too small to read with the busy background. If I do order this necklace again and personalize it I will chose fewer words and a larger font. Otherwise it is perfect for what I wanted.

I would chose a more simple message next time and use a larger font because of the very busy background of the image. Zazzle printed the message exactly as I ordered though. It is still very precious.

This is so very beautiful, the powder blue butterfly design is unique to writer Gena Showalter. I just know my friend would love this as a gift because she is a big fan and so am I. It's perfect even for someone that doesn't read the books and know the significance of the design. It's a gorgeous addition to any jewelry collection.

I love this necklace. It is nice solid feel and hangs nicely. I thought it would be much more delicate for the price, but it is actually very well crafted. The gold is beautiful and the image is clear. Love it, and would buy again.

Print is very small

First thing first, this is not a locket. A locket opens and closes. This necklace merely slides around. I was not completely aware of that when I designed and purchased it. However when it did arrive, it was nice.

I got this necklace for my son's girlfriend as a Christmas gift. I am entirely pleased with how it turned out, and I can't wait to see her face when she opens it! I was impressed with the clarity of the photograph! It's also obviously a one-of-a-kind, and she's going to love it!

The printing was perfect1!

The design is well made. My dog hasn't worn it long enough to see how long the face lasts for, that will take time. The print is small but readable. I would recommend no more than 3 or 4 lines and use very dark or light contrast lettering, depending on the background. It would be nice if Zazzle enlarged the face 1/4 inch.

Nice coloring, no print bleed, readable.
