I am so disappointed that my topper came delivered cracked from end to end, five days before my graduation. The saying the cheap come out expensive true, trying to avoid shipping costs at the expense of my topper that is not usable now. You need better shipping and handling may warping these toppers in some cushion to endure the travel 😞
