I did think the photo of my service dog was supposed to be bigger than the actual but everything else was great!

Same as above. I thought the photo of Kepler (my service dog I'm fundraising for) turned out quite small.

The glass came broken. It needed to be packaged better. They are sending a replacement. So I will give two stars until I get the new unbroken one.
