Expected a birthday card n received a postcard

When I say I’m a stickler for things to be done correct the first time that’s me and I had nothing but phrase for this oversized card. It is fantastic!

The Giant card was fantastic. It was pricy because of the shipping as well. But worth it. The Bride & Groom love my card.

It was so easy to upload my images to create this giant card. Processing/printing/shipping were exceptionally fast. The product was great quality and the recipient was very happy!

I would give the giant card 4 stars. Why not 5 stars? We did not anticipate the card being a corrugated plastic material. However, the gift was well received by the recipients. It also provided more durability from moisture and spills. We suggest having fine point permanent markers for signatures if it is used at an event. There was slight damage in the shipping process as well. Likely a delivery issue. We would use Zazzle for custom cards again.

The card is BEAUTIFUL and super big! It’s definitely going to give the WOW factor that I was seeking. However the way it arrived was disappointing. The “envelope” box is destroyed and now I’m having to find another way to present the card. The vision cannot be executed due to how poorly the packaging was handled by the courier. It looks like someone stepped on it multiple times during transit. I will be reaching out to UPS. My suggestion for the sender would be to wrap it in something else so that the box isn’t destroyed in transit.

The card had some damages. The card looks like it was folded several times at the top and though the entire card.

It turned out GREAT ! Can't wait for them to see it later this month (September 2025)
