Overall it looks great and I love the quality of the hat.

My only comment is that I was not able to adjust the size of the lettering on the second line any smaller that what I purchased. I was told that it was not possible due to the embroidering process but I have seen other hats with lettering significantly smaller. That said, I will almost certainly buy more for my crew members!

Hat is solid. Ordered a few years ago, which are still holding up. Great quality and fit!

Some hats are off center. Not sure if this is human error or machine error when placing product on machine to be embroidered. I double checked my order to ensure logo was centered, and it was. Not all hats are off center, but some come out this way. Great product and embroidery otherwise

The cap's overall construction seems solid. The buckle on the back is square (not at all rounded), and often gets snagged in my long hair when removing it, especially when wearing it in a pony tail. I've never had any cap of any style (except an old-school plastic snap-back that my puppy had chewed) snag like this. The buckle does not slip, which gives a consistent fit, which is a definite plus. I've had other caps with this style that slip and need frequent adjustment.

While the pattern/font matched what was displayed in the design phase, there were some minor gaps between threads with black showing through; it wasn't tight. The edges of the letters weren't crisp. I've seen worse, I've seen better.

One of Zazzle's competitors allows for a much smaller area to be embroidered. My "Vista" of my clients logo looked super small. Everyone else had set up fees and other strange charges.
