I am being asked to review this product. I ordered it the first week of December to be used for a Christmas gift. It is now December 30th and I still have not received it. I spoke with someone on the phone at support and they were going to expedite to try to get it to me for Christmas but I'm still waiting. Very frustrated. I imagine my husband will like it when it arrives but it would have been nice to have had it for Christmas.

I don't know but would love to see it. Honestly, I shouldn't be rating the product as poor as I'm sure it will be great when it finally arrives but the service leaves much to be desired. I do hope this arrives soon.

I ordered this for my husband. He likes the shirt okay but doesn't like the fact that it is a straight hem on the bottom. I'm not sure what it is called but usually the polo,shirts he get has a split side seam at the bottom, which he prefers. That said, I think he will still wear it although not as often as if it were what he expects in a polo shirt. I think the shirt looks nice and the price was good. I have only washed it once (before he wore it) and it seems okay. He did say the the fabric feels stiff to him. I would think this will lessen with more Washington.

Love the design. Simple but a very nice design.

Overall, the distressed look was a bit cheap looking, also embroidery on custom image was not good. Currently working with Zazzle to fix situation.

Not good. It looks as if the cap was moved during the embroidery process. Image (colors) are not coordinated. Embroidery was off. Working with Zazzle to fix. However return process to get a replacement is a bit confusing.

I bought these for business and marketing purposes, but when they arrived, one of them turn into my daily fleece to wear in chilly environments.

The Embroidery as with other products I purchases with Zazzle have been top notch.

Very good quality, nicely sized and they do not shrink in the wash like many polo shirts that are cotton do.

Was easy to personalize this with the color and text style that I wanted. Lots of choices available in the design selections.

The sweatshirt was good quality and the embroidery was good, but the wrong size. The designed was embroidered much smaller than what I ordered which looked bad on the sweatshirt.

The embroidery quality was good, however, it was embroidered much smaller than I ordered. I was not happy with the final product and was forced to reorder a second one since customer service did to respond to my email for many days. I also had to pay for faster shipping to get the second sweatshirt in time and I will have to pay for return shipping n the bad one. Makes for a very expensive sweatshirt with a lot of hassle. My second order has not shipped out yet.

I bought the wrong size initially, contacted Zazzle about this to exchange and pay the difference. To my surprise, Zazzle ordered the next largest size and it was all shipped for free. My friend loved this sweatshirt, the quality is great, the embroidery held up during washing. I will definitely order from this seller and Zazzle again.

Embroidery is clear, done well and will last through many washings. Very happy with this will definitely order again as a gift.

This hat was designed & purchased as a gift for my father, a Vietnam veteran. The quality of the hat & embroidery are wonderful and I know he will love it. He wanted a hat with the 9th division patch plus a few of the battles he fought in. This is perfect!

The item turned out exactly as I had designed it online. I was worried that it wouldn't look as nice in person. The quality of the embroidery & colors are even better in person! I would definitely recommend this Zazzle shop. Thank you!
