Zazzle Embroidery

I don't want to raise hell about this matter, but if you guys are asking, this is my story. The hoodie is fine quality but i ordered a Basic ZIP Hoodie, while received a hoodie without any ZIP, just a pull over hoodie, a little sorry about it. The color and embroidery are fine, just as ordered, even after washing it.

I sure can survive the situation but i planned to order some other stuff at zazzle and now full of doubts on what i will eventually get. The quality is fine but please pay more attention to what you put into the packages before you mail them. Regards, Alex

Embroidery is done in Italian! Did not find area on order page to add additional embroidering.

The embroidery on this shirt is of very good quality. I would have liked a softer, pique polo. The shirt fits perfectly. Love the fact there is no itchy collar tag on the shirt.

I love this hat, it is nicer than I thought it would be, very comfortable, too. Adjustable, so anyone can wear it, no trying to size your head. I held a conference and wore this hat throughout the day. I like that I can spread awareness about lipedema in a stylish way.

The shirt is good quality. It is a nice cotton that is mid-weight. I like cut of the shirt. It's not too wide so it looks good on people that have an athletic build.

Great! We put the logo on the sleeve, so it is not as obvious when worn. It looks really cool, and different than most other shirts.

This bag is just the right size for gear, for anything you need when making trek out. You can put a lot of stuff in this bag, and not worry about the handles breaking. The construction is sturdy.

The hat itself is of very good quality and I'm extremely pleased with the product. All was perfect except for the personalized request.

The embroidery itself was done very well and looked nice. It was just the wrong color. I was disappointed. There was no description section to explain the exact request. I downloaded what I wanted on the hat and assumed it would be in the same color as the download. Instead it came back in black and white embroidered on a white hat. Not the best way to see the embroidery.

Ordered the pink hat with dark pink embroidery. The pink embroidery didn't show up very well, I called & asked if it could be done in black & they did it & it looks great. There was no hassle.
