I purchased this hat for my husband for Father's Day. The ordering process was fast and easy and the shipment arrived quickly. I would definitely order again.

The quality of the hat itself is about what I expected, a soft casual feel and fit which is what I prefer in a hat. If you prefer a stiffer more structured hat this is not for you. The black is not as dark as the image shown, it has more of a stone washed look. I actually like the stone washed look a little better, it seems to go better with the soft, relaxed fit. With the production and shipping information provided at time of purchase I expected the item to take 10 days to arrive, in actuality it came in half that time.

Since the Chrysler Crossfire has been out of production since 2008 it is almost impossible to find apparel that was sold with the car. Your site gave me the opportunity to create a hat that matches the color of my car (black with blue stripes) with writing that is close to what was available from the dealers. The embroidery is high quality and just as it was represented in the image, very satisfied.

I am a seamstress and very critical of textile goods. This hat was well constructed from quality materials and will last a few decades at least. My husband is looking forward to weathering it himself.

The embroidery was top notch. Level, good image quality, colors were just what I was expecting. A couple of threads at the ends, but clearly just the edge of the sewing pattern, nothing unraveling.

Product very nice, but when paid expedited shipping to get by his birthday, it was not disclosed that this product would not make it in the time paid for. They promised the cost of expedited shipping amount to be refunded within 21 days. I am still waiting.

The hat fits fine and the brim is shaped perfectly. This one will be part of my dog agility trial "uniform".

The embroidery is well done. I was very pleased to have the "kindergarten" type font available. I had used it on a garment bought someplace else and it was great to continue the theme. The font looks as if Rascal, my agility dog, had written it himself.

The Flexfit Wool Cap is a good-looking hat. It was easy to customize the colors and the lettering.

Everything turned out perfectly - fit, color, and embroidery. The only thing I would fix would be the bottom part of the letter K - it doesn't look completed.
