I love the product, but ran into one issue. The size is still a little small for my head. So maybe if there is a way to get a size slightly larger would be great.

The design was flawless, love it.

It is made very well, but be careful when washing with the logo. It can start to loose its stitching.

Looks great against black. So far hasn't faded much after 1 wash.

I have one and needed another; they are so very warm and comfortable. I wear mine all over the place, the dispatch center, around town at home doing things.

It is very high quality: the colors are excellent - they are just what I expected them to be.

I really like this jacket and would have bought more for gifts, but..(see comment on embroidery color)

The embroidery quality is very nice, but I think the writing should be red, instead of blue, to match the Italian flag. Why blue??!!! It ruins the look altogether.

This is my first embroidered product from Zazzle and I couldn't be more pleased!

I am very pleased with the product. I received it 4 days after I placed the order. Quality is good and overall my customer experience was very good.

Embroidery was a bit below what I am used to seeing, but it was acceptable for the price I paid for the item.

I'm happy with this cap. It has a nice sliding, lockable buckle on the band in back. The embroidery is exactly as it was pictured in my order. Things I'm not so happy about are that the embroidery has that white, stiff material on the inside of the hat - a big rectangle of it. I had to cut it down so that it would be comfortable and not show from the outside. Second, the hat itself looks like it's been sitting in their storeroom for years - a bit weathered looking. I'm OK with that as long as the sticking or fabric doesn't fall apart due to age. I've worn it daily for about three weeks and so far, so good. It did take a long time from order to receiving the product. Overall, I am happy with the cap.

What started as a lark turned out to be a series of gift caps for a retirement gathering. Each cap tailored to its recipient. In spite of being custom orders, each cap was completed and shipped by the following day, excellent service.

Embroidery is great, crisp lettering, no issues, looks fantastic. Web page allows to "select and see" what your creation will look like. And it matches perfectly to what you receive. Nice job. Great color variety for caps and particularly the embroidery colors. Great variety for font styles.

The color is nice, the fit is nice. But the fabric that actually touches my forehead feels cheap, and leaves pretty pronounced red marks and lines that are leaving me less than the level of satisfaction than I've experienced with Zazzle's other products. Part of why I trust these guys is that their clothing is comfortable. This hat, not so much.

I bought this on one of those frequent Zazzle sales that made it too attractive to pass up. I debated between a Medium and a Large, went for the large and it fits well. It's medium weight, so nice for cold winter days.

The embroidery came out as expected - colors pop nicely off the white fabric, and the letters are clear and legible.

I bought an embroidered flexfit hat. I am always leery of buying hats because I have a large head. This hat fit my friends and myself perfectly. It is comfortable and catches the eye. Another great thing was the speed of service. I received my hat in four days, the website said to expect a week. I am looking at buying another one.

The embroidery on my hat was perfect. The colors are bright and vibrant. I can see no flaws with the embroidery either. This was definitely a professional and high-quality product.

First, the hat is quality. I have a big head size and many hats are just too small and sit wrong. The dome on this hat and the bill are both generous sizes. It's natural cotton and the adjustable strap appears very well made, unlike some advertising hats. The embroidery was well done and looks great. I find the production and shipping times with Zazzle to be incredibly fast. The custom design software takes some getting used to, but it works. You won't be disappointed with the quality of this item. I seldom write reviews.
