Zazzle Embroidery

Zazzle is fantastic!!!!!!!! We ordered as a Christmas gift and selected standard shipping, as we ordered in more than enough time so we didn't require express shipping. We received an email stating that our order had shipped and was scheduled to be delivered on December 28th. I immediately called Customer Service and explained our problem. The Customer Service Representative (I believe his name was Kevin), checked our order and agreed that we had ordered in time to receive the order by Christmas, using standard shipping. He had our order (an embroidered sweatshirt) reproduced and shipped express. We received it before Christmas, thanks to Kevin's efforts. The measure of a company is how they react when things go wrong. Well, Zazzle hit a home run for us. We couldn't be happier with the product and the way we were treated when things went wrong. Thank you Kevin and Zazzle!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, the person we ordered the sweatshirt for just placed an order with Zazzle for $300+. That's a testament to how we, as well as our nephew (who our gift was for) feel about Zazzle.

This was a perfect gift for my nephew, he is at that age where it's hard to buy for him because now he has opinions on what he wears. I asked him if he could design his own hat what would he put on it. (he always wears hats) and he told me. Guess who was the best Aunt ever when he opened it Christmas day!

Zazzle embroidery has never disappointed me.

The jacket itself is good quality and has a nice soft feel without screaming "fleecy." You should know that it's an American Apparel product and they tend to run small. My husband is usually a comfortable Large, but this Large that I bought him is very tailored and slightly short from the armpit to the waist. The sleeve length is fine, but it doesn't fit the way a standard hoodie does. Maybe it's designed to have a more contemporary, tailored fit, but just know there won't be any roominess to it at all. If you want some room like a sweatshirt or hoodie, I would recommend ordering one size up.

The embroidery was nicely done. I have no complaints about that.

I love the hat I had made a lot there is a few things that didn't turn out like I wanted but overall it is a pretty amazing hat.

The embroidery is pretty good most of it looks real nice mostly the one on the back. The embroidery on the front looks a little of because of the crease in the middle of the hat also the one on the side is a little sloppy but overall I really like the hat. For the price I'd really like to see the embroidery turn out a little better

Great shopping experience. The customized embroidered cap has the name of our boat on the front, and below that is the marina where our boat is located. It is perfect. My husband loves it, and shows everyone he knows what he received for his birthday.

The design on the cap looks absolutely perfect, and just as ordered.

Gave to my daughter for Xmas, her dog's name is Cappy. She loves it! She has a large head and this cap was too big for her. So we washed and dried it, and that shrunk it enough to make it a good fit.

The embroidery is just perfect. Color and quality exactly as desired.

I ordered the cap but failed to customize it so the hat I received had the same call letters as the website's picture! I notified them and they replaced the hat with my call letters,

Excellent, very strong

It's not too bad, but the little straps on the back keep coming loose. It's also hard to keep the adjustable part of it from popping out its little hideaway hole, so half the time, you are walking around unaware that you have a big, long strap hanging from the side of your head. These are pretty minor complaints, though, given the price I paid. I hand these out to clients and they really seem to dig 'em. Not as flimsy or cheap-looking as your average freebie-swag type merchandise.

Very nice personalized embroidery. Got this during a sale on caps and for that price, it's not too shabby at all. Company name came out nice and clear on the front and I haven't seen any fraying or loose strings so far. If you're paying full price for the personalization, however, you're better off getting this nice stitching on a better-quality cover. I have a feeling the embroidery might just outlast the cap it's sewn onto.

This was a Christmas gift from a daughter to her dad who is her basketball coach. She decided on the style and words. One caution, I ordered it over a week before it was needed and was dismayed when it hadn't shipped within a week. The customer representative who took my distressed call was wonderful. She investigated and found that it wouldn't be delivered by Christmas but promised over-night delivery and we received it the day after. He LOVES it!

The embroidery was as ordered. Having options for color of embroidery would have been nice.

Great quality and looks like it'll last a long time

I never thought I would find an item that was perfect but i have. As my brother is a HUGE fan of the Northwestern from the TV series Deadliest Catch.

The embroidery has turned out great. The colour was a fantastic Blue that stood out as the garment was a navy blue. The logo and the word CREW turned out fine.

The Hooded embroidered sweatshirt I purchased for my boyfriend was high quality, fit him perfectly and I was completely satisfied with the purchase process from start to finish. I'd recommend Zazzle to anyone and will be using them again. Good work Zazzle!

This hoodie was a gift and I was pleased at the high quality of all elements. The material is very soft and comfortable to wear, the color was beautiful, the workmanship of the hoodie and the embroidery was excellent. This was a requested gift and it met and passed expectations.

The embroidery is beautiful, bright and very well done. There also were enclosed washing directions to help keep everything looking new.

The hat fits perfectly. It's often hard to find hats that are big enough having such a large head, but there's even room to spare.

Excellent. I was worried about the embroidery at first as other customers said it didn't pop out (as if to say it was flat and 2D). The embroidery did have some nice outward dimension to it, so my initial worries weren't necessary.

I wear this and the 2 others I have ordered every day. I have one for work and 2 for play. Any wrx owner should have one of these.
