It was exactly what I ordered.

The embroidery was very high quality and looks great.

Use as work uniform in winter, I'm a plumber this makes my third order and eight in total. I love them and people always ask where I got them made because they look so nice.

durable embroidery and tasteful

Not all hats fit all, regardless of the adjustable strap in back. And not all hats look good on everyone either. This one looks GREAT on me and fits GREAT as well; it doesn't ride up like a lot of caps that are too small (even with the "adjustable" strap). Very comfy. I'm delighted with it.

It turned out exactly as I wanted. The picture was true to the finished product.

The fit is just right to size, it's so soft, love the look and the zipper feels very sturdy. The one thing that is different than the pic is that is has a white ribbing line going from the shoulder to under the armpit. This is very sharp looking & really helps accent the monogram. It has pockets, too, so it's all good! :) Can't wait to wear it when we go visit our son next week. He is training in ATC at Lackland.

I created my first hat on Zazzle last fall, "PLD Saxy Momma" . . . well, my son is playing the Bari Sax this year so I needed a new hat and my daughter wanted one too! These hats are comfortable, easily adustable and the embroidery is very well done. The price is right and designing it was fast and easy! I love Zazzle!
