My only complaint is that I thought it would be placed a little lower than it actually was. Just a warning to others who want a cap embroidered as low as possible, the monogram ended up a few millimeters higher than the picture represented. It doesn't sound like much, but when you are dealing with such a small logo it does make a difference. Having said that, I am still very happy with the end product. The quality is excellent.
