Zazzle Embroidery

I bought the hat as a gift and it came out great. The recipient was very pleased.

The image was just not very complicated (a solid picture with text) but the embroidery turned out great!

Product is true to size and is very warm.

Embroidery turned out great. The only thing I would recommend would be to change the thread from the green to a platinum or silver to be true to the military aircrew badge.

I recently purchased a hat from your company. For some time I had attempted to purchase a hat with my unit patch of the unit I was assigned to in Vietnam. Other unit patches are more readily available. I had also previously tried to purchase a hat from another company with less than desirable results. I am very pleased with the hat I received from your company. The only suggestion I would make is that the embroidery you provide on the sides for the distressed chino cap, that you also do so for the regular hats if that is possible. Again, I am very pleased with my hat.

The design and embroidery on my hat met all my expectations.

This is probably the best looking of the embroidered hats, the adjustable fit is better for larger or smaller heads that the elastic band hat.

Words can't described how I felt about this jacket. I loved it and everyone who seen it on me felt in love with it . Nice and I felt very comfortable wearing something that had my country name along with its cities on it.

Personalized for the bride-to-be, this embroidered jacket will be a fun suprise for my newly-engaged granddaughter. Whereas the embroidry is perfect, the jacket itself is not as substantial as I had hoped. Then again, I shouldn't compare it with surpa-lined jackets I've previously ordered, which are very thick and warm. Had I paid the original price ($60.00) it would have been a big disapointment. As is, it is certainly OK for the sales price I paid.

This was the first time I have used Zazzle and was very very pleased with the hat that I created for my husband. There are lots of different websites to make custom hats, but Zazzle didn't require a minimum purchase like most other sites. The design tool was super easy to use and helped me make the perfect custom, one of a kind hat! Would recommend to anyone and will purchase from Zazzle again! Thanks!

While the shirt fits great and was a big hit for my husband, I must comment on the OUTSTANDING Zazzle customer service. When ordering the shirt, I ok'd the wrong shipping address. I didn't catch the error until the shirt had already shipped. After notifying Zazzle, they, on their own, reshipped a shirt to the correct address in order to make it here by Christmas! Thank you! The embroidery was true to color and of good quality.

Was looking for something 'different' for my hubby to wear while fishing at our place in Maine.

Was not custom, but it turned out excellent.

I have a lot of Zazzle caps and love them all. I created this for my bosses and friends at school. The print is large, bold, and they love it.

It has always turned out perfect for me. In fact, I have several designs on my sharonrhea store with simple images on embroidery even, and I have been pleased with every one.

Overall the product was very good. The hat from Alternative Apparel is very good in terms of quality and how it sits on your head. Its a low seated cap, as opposed to sitting high on your head.

The embroidery was also very good in terms of quality, and tightness of the weave and accurately portraited the logo detail. The centering of the logo on the hat was another story, in that logo was positioned about an 1/8" to a 1/4" off-center of the center of the hat. From a distance, it was not big deal, but when you closely at the hat with its center seam, you could tell the logo was off.

Great hat! Great service. Bought it for my son-in-law as a gift. He loved it.

Met my expectations at a 100%. The picture on the site was identical to the product I received. Good embroidery quality. A little expensive for a hat but I guess it's what you pay for having a custom design embroidered on it. Love the fabric and the color, and fits perfectly.

The embroidery was black so not much room for going wrong there :) But the quality was good. The logo is a good size; the location is just as described, the quality is good; I'm very happy with this product.

The shirt came out exactly how I wanted it to. My brother was very surprised Christmas morning!

The embroidery came out better than I expected.

The product looks nice but it runs small and my son will not be able to wear it very long. It is already a little tight and size large is usually a little loose on him.

The embroidery turned out great. The words are legible and the color makes it pop.
