That was right in the middle of the two hat sizes offered for the cap. I thought embroidery and quality of the cap was sufficient. I just picked the wrong size. I'll have to stuff tissue in the band and only wear the cap on days with less wind. And I live in OK. I would have preferred a cap with an adjustable headband.
