I bought these small buttons as a free bonus to send to customers when they purchase my handcrafted shaving soap. Almost immediately after i .made the offer people bought many soaps. So it worked. Whoever prints the buttons does not thoroughly check the product afterwards to make sure that it was printed properly. They messed up the design, printed the messed up design and packaged it up and sent it to me anyway? This is a clear lack of regard for the customers who put their trust in this company expecting to receive a quality product. Thankfully I don’t need these buttons any time soon, otherwise I would be even more annoyed than I already am. Give the customers what they are paying for or risk losing customers altogether. A simple quality check and a reprint of the design would have sufficed, but someone thought that they would get away with sending a messed up product. Ridiculous! Zazzle ought to be ashamed of themselves.
