It was beautiful and the quality was great!

Love Zazzle and everything I order for them,

Several of the mugs arrived broken, handles had fallen off or the entire mug was shattered. I tried contacting customer service which is a joke as it is non existent with dazzle. This is my fifth year to order these for a toy drive event, I needed a certain quantity and because I could not get a hold of customer service to try and get a replacement shipped I was forced to reorder. expensive and incredibly frustrating. probably won't be back
