Beautiful napkins. I loved that they were completely customizable.

Product layout was as expected but the packaging ripped in transit and left a dark brown grease stain on the white towel. I used the most expensive shipping available and couldn't return it the towel because it was needed for an event that was the next day. I wanted to contact Zazzle to discuss my issue to see what could be done. However, the automated website customer service links provided no means of communicating the specifics of the defective item to representative.

I think it is just about impossible to be sure your design is centered in the design tool. I sent a message stating how I did my best but I want the design centered on each side. I received them and they were very off center. I requested a replacement, asking for the design to be adjusted and centered. I received the replacements and some are worse than the first. The steins are fine quality but don’t bother trying to put a design on them as it will not turn out correctly. Who ever is doing the printing does not care about quality of work in the slightest.

The paper arrived in a short period of time and in perfect condition. I actually used it to line the back of my bookcases. I’ve received many compliments on how it looks.
