I was so excited to add these to the guest room in our new home but the pillow arrived and I was pretty disappointed with the material. Its colors aren’t nearly as vibrant as the advertised photos and material looks like wool but feels like polyester.

I am extremely disappointed with this product...the image is not centered on the napkin and the image is crooked!

Great quality banner, the writing looks nice and is green, however the stripes are not a green color at all, they are tan. Was really disappointed because I had ordered the large striped matching backdrop to go behind this banner. Too late to return and get reprinted before my event, so having to go another route.

Do NOT use this company. Ordered blue and white napkins but they arrived black and white. Luckily had time to get a replacement. The WRONG items sent again!!!! NOW OUT OF TIME and OUT OF LUCK. The worst

I was a little disappointed with how my banner turned out compared to the original design I uploaded. The colors in the final print looked noticeably different and much less vibrant than the original image. Some of the detail also seemed lost, which took away from the overall quality of the design. The background on the printed banner also looks almost completely black, which is not how the original image I uploaded appeared at all. The banner itself seems well made, but the print accuracy and color matching didn’t meet my expectations based on what I submitted.

It would have been helpful if the instructions on how to “group” and “layer” items were clearer. I got there, but it took a while! And, I was disappointed the colors were not actually as bright as I thought they would be.

Not to happy with how this turned out. Its a mother day gift for my mom. Picture came out so pixeled and one Picture is so dark you cant even see who's on it. Would have been nice to know that Pictures might show up dark or pixeled depending on the size and picture.

Great napkins! Disappointed that you would not put the same logo and information on an acrylic tray for me stating infringements rights which makes no sense to me.

Printed in different colors and they refused to issue a replacement.

I love it. I purchased one for my friend who was retiring after 26 years and I have 2 more years to go so I got one for myself. That saying was her mantra lol

Print quality is not good. It is faint, the date cannot be read in the smaller print. We even asked they be redone. Loved the idea and look but wouldn’t recommend using smaller print.

Honestly the packaging of the cards i have ordering for years was...well. nonexistent. My cards were secured with broken rubber bands that someone had tied in a knot. The banner I order was poorly printed. I love zazzle but everything was off with this order.
