I did not get what I ordered. I got a plain black mug and it was supposed to have a Buck on it in the snow AAAAARGH

Have ordered many of the ornaments over the years. Always beautifully done and received quickly! Suggestion - add an option to end of checkout procedure to allow adding gift bag forgotten early in the checkout - PLEASE!

I was very happy with most of my order. This item was disappointing. This is supposed to be a gift. I checked multiple times to make sure things lined up and triple checked the preview of the product showed the image filling the ornament. But in the left side as pictures we have blank background showing. Would love to know if I could get a replacement for this.

I bought this specifically for one of my 19-year-old granddaughter who is into Hunt seat jumping and dressage showing with her horse. I liked how I could personalize it for her I know she will just love it.

Looks nothing like the preview. Can not see faces at all . I thought your company would produce a much better product.

Really disappointed!! Can not see three pictures too dark. Numbers on sheet can not be read. I have used other companies that have provided a much better product.

Top of the pillow was not very attractive, ooled wringled. Did not realize it would be folded and the hat portion would not look smooth in appearance.

Very pleased with the ornament. Everyone loved it!

I never received my order

This ornament had a bad spot on the left side …

My order got lost at some point, but when I contacted Zazzle they sent out another one right away. I received it on December 23rd, right on time for Christmas.

The photo keepsake is just beautiful snd a perfect reminder of my daughter’s special day! It’s hanging at the top of my tree! Thank you!

This ornament turned out perfectly!

Disappointed is an understatement. Received my ornaments and you could barely see the writing on the ornament and the back of the ornament had a hole punch right where my sons head was. Ordered these as a Christmas gift and now I don't want to even give them to them.

Ornament is very pretty and a perfect size. The colors in the ornament are beautiful. I'd order this again.
