The order was three coffee mugs.... NONE of which were packaged properly. Surprised that only ONE was broken. Whoever packaged this stuffed bubble wrap in the corner of the package. NOTE: If you are ordering anything glass/fragile from Zazzle, there is a good chance that it will come broken from lack of proper packaging. So disappointed!! This was to be a gift for my colleague prior to a big conference... thanks for nothing.

Was a beautiful way to honor a wonderful woman taken too soon. Arrived very quickly and very pretty.

I like the cup but when it arrived it was scratched. In multiple places the design looks like it is peeling away or was scratched. This is a gift so it’s very disappointing and I hate to give a gift that is messed up.

The red was too dark. Everything else, the red was the right color, but on the cup it was very dark.

the sign came with the ties inside so it made it all dented up . very annoying

I ordered these cocktail napkins in blue. They are not even close to blue or the picture. They are a depressing gray color. Not sure if I will even use them.

The Murdoch Mysteries mug was delivered as promised. This was the third time I ordered this particular mug. I first ordered this mug and another, and the entire order was canceled. The second time I ordered this mug and two other mugs. They canceled this particular mug and sent the other two. I ordered this a third time and it was finally sent!
