Very nice arrived super fast

I ordered my item 7th December and have NOT received it! Very disappointing

When I hot the order, the holes metal is been lost

I’m not satisfied with these mats. One side doesn’t lay flat, almost as if the material was stretched during manufacturing. The other mat has a sharp edge—sharp enough that it actually poked me. I ordered two mats, and unfortunately both had issues. Because of this, I can’t use them for what I originally intended. Overall, the quality of these mats feels subpar and does not meet my expectations.

Tiles were exactly what was pictured, actually better!!

The ornament is absolutely beautiful! The image is perfect and there is no evidence whatsoever that a photo was used. The ornament appears as though it was originally produced with the image! Both communication and shipping timely. I will be buying from this seller again!

It seems that when l order more than six cups, one or two have broken. I like your product, but your packing sucks.

Print quality is terrible on both sides. Blurry and I can barely read “Elle’s first Christmas”. Disappointed because this was so cute online.

I waas able to "adjust" the layout of pictures from the original to only use 3 pictures on this mug. It was a BIG hit!!

I absolutely loved the pillows I ordered for friends as a Christmas gift. I highly recommend them and you will not be disappointed. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they came under separate tracking numbers and I was not given the second one. I was frantic thinking the second pillow would not arrive in time. Also, the first pillow came at the start of the delivery window and I couldn't send any communication about the second pillow until the delivery window expired.

These napkins were a huge hit! A very upscale design and perfect our whiskey themed party!

Zazzle came through for me....I've been using Zazzle for many years now. Although there is plenty of items offered, I've only purchased photo ornaments. This year I made an ornament for myself and my 4 siblings to honor my father who passed away in August 2025. The back image wasn't centered properly, and my father's face was cut out. I promptly contacted Zazzle, who graciously gave me full credit, which I used to redo the ornaments. The replacement order arrived in time for Christmas gift giving. Very grateful and thankful for Zazzle's professionalism and quick response when contacted about my issue.

Broken upon arrival at the handle.Need replacement. I glued it back, but there is also a crack and it leaks coffee and unusable.

My daughter loved it!

Only complaint was how thick the paper is. Made it hard to fold corners for tight fit. It sure doesn't accidentally rip easily. Good product overall.
