I ordered these cocktail napkins in blue. They are not even close to blue or the picture. They are a depressing gray color. Not sure if I will even use them.

It was giving as a birthday gift. I had the person favorite saying She was so excited, which show she really like tge mug.

The Murdoch Mysteries mug was delivered as promised. This was the third time I ordered this particular mug. I first ordered this mug and another, and the entire order was canceled. The second time I ordered this mug and two other mugs. They canceled this particular mug and sent the other two. I ordered this a third time and it was finally sent!

I was so excited to add these to the guest room in our new home but the pillow arrived and I was pretty disappointed with the material. Its colors aren’t nearly as vibrant as the advertised photos and material looks like wool but feels like polyester.

I am extremely disappointed with this product...the image is not centered on the napkin and the image is crooked!

Great quality banner, the writing looks nice and is green, however the stripes are not a green color at all, they are tan. Was really disappointed because I had ordered the large striped matching backdrop to go behind this banner. Too late to return and get reprinted before my event, so having to go another route.

Do NOT use this company. Ordered blue and white napkins but they arrived black and white. Luckily had time to get a replacement. The WRONG items sent again!!!! NOW OUT OF TIME and OUT OF LUCK. The worst

I was a little disappointed with how my banner turned out compared to the original design I uploaded. The colors in the final print looked noticeably different and much less vibrant than the original image. Some of the detail also seemed lost, which took away from the overall quality of the design. The background on the printed banner also looks almost completely black, which is not how the original image I uploaded appeared at all. The banner itself seems well made, but the print accuracy and color matching didn’t meet my expectations based on what I submitted.

It would have been helpful if the instructions on how to “group” and “layer” items were clearer. I got there, but it took a while! And, I was disappointed the colors were not actually as bright as I thought they would be.
