Although the napkins is good the size is ridiculous. It’s not a standard dinner napkin. It’s so big I’m embarrassed to use it.

Really good napkins.

The napkins are a great quality. The color red is very dull. Looks more like burgundy. Also the writing is not very prominent. It’s hard to read the writing in the red.

Where is the picture on my match boxes???

I appreciate your efforts at expediting this order. The beautiful pillow did have its intended effect on my old friend with stage 4 cancer of the esophagus. He loved it and plans to take it "like a security blanket" to all future chemo infusion appointments. You should know that what you all do does make a difference in peoples' lives.

The signs arrived on time and in excellent shape!

My order from a month ago has not been delivered. It's impossible to chat online or reach anyone by phone to find out what is going on with my order, either at Zazzle or at FedEx. The Ask Zee virtual assistant is useless. It did inform me that my package was 20 days late, but I knew that. It said it was connecting me with a team member and 20 minutes later I was still waiting to hear from an actual human being. Automated customer service is not customer service. And I'm at a loss as to how I'm ever going to find out if or when my order will be delivered.

Design is really cute but the image does not go from corner to corner. There is a really large margin and it seems oddly placed on the napkin. It’s also larger than a typical dinner napkin. Disappointing because it could have been really cute but the placement is so odd.
