loved how our thank you card came out! i have been ordering cards from here and zazzle does not disappoint!

I love our Christmas cards! They turned out just as nice as expected. And all 12 images used were as clear as I’d hoped they’d be. (It was hard to know for sure with the amount of zooming I had to do to make them fit just right.) The reason I only gave 4 stars is because I was actually short and didn’t receive all 70 cards I’d ordered. I received 69. Which is not something I’d normally complain about, but as I addressed all 70 envelopes I was kicking myself for not ordering 80 cards because I needed to cut a few names from my list. And now after reducing my list down to 70, I have to pick one more to cut from the list :-( Oh well, lesson learned. I still appreciate the work and will order again in the future.

While I really love the template, our cards came out very blurry. I was dissapointed that someone thought that was okay to send to a customer. Usually, if the photo quality is too poor for the template, the editing tool should tell you that before allowing you to order.Now, I had to order a whole other set of cards.

The font came out so small, you can’t even read the writing. Little disappointed that it came out that small. It didn’t look that small on the computer.

Great business cards got a lot of compliments 😊

not great quality photo card. Shipping was in envelope which caused corners and envelopes to get bent. Customer service was good and sent some replacements.

The font was darker than it showed on my PC, but still very nice

The print came out completely wrong and not at all what we were expecting. We’re on a tight timeline, notified Zazzle yesterday, and still haven’t received a response. At this point, we may need to explore another option to get new envelopes printed. The results are extremely disappointing.

Invitation was pretty however I wish they offered more options for amounts at a more reasonable cost

The cards are beautiful. They forgot to send the envelopes that were not addressed.

Pleased, however there should be plastic around product in case of wet weather and cardboard gets soaked and ruins the cards or flyers. Didn't happen with this order but a recent order. Flyers were in cardboard envelope and some of my flyers were ruined because they were not covered inside with plastic. Would've been 5 stars weren't for that.

Love these Christmas cards- they make me smile!

Order came out beautifully, a couple of the notecards were bent in the corner, not the end of the world not as expected none the less. They were shipped in an envelope not a box, might have been better. They are still beautiful!

Everything was perfect - the design was easy to do and the product was shipped on time with high quality and great value.

So happy with the quality of my new cards! Paper is thick, colors right on.

Although I wasn’t able to use the final product, my experience with Zazzle customer service was stellar! They couldn’t have been more responsive, pleasant or helpful! I will definitely use them in the future, because of your cust service!

I ordered 30 cards and only received 18 envelopes. I have reached out 3 times to customer service with no response. I just want to finish sending my cards!!!
