Product was exactly as expected. Printed nicely.

What I received is not what was approved on their site. Can’t get a refund but they will give me a credit to reorder, which I’ve yet to see. Problem is, will the same issue occur? Probably. Very disappointed.

avoid the cheaper priced cards. The edges fray and color is also not solid. I also ordered the thicker and top of the line cards with original blue or black color and they are fine

Although the bookmarks are very nice I am so disappointed because 36 out of the 50 were misprinted! I had cancelled an order like they said to do, and restarted a new one with the correct message. The top couple were printed right so I didn’t notice that 36 were wrong! Now the Shower is in two days.

I received this order very quickly. My goddaughter and her husband just loved it.

The writing is hard to see.

The cards are just as expected. . .perfect for my quick thank you and sympathy notes, or for a birthday message to go along with a gift.

The beautiful scenery was the perfect background to leave a personal thank you message to my friend who gave me a wonderful gift.

Loved the card. Wish the back side had darker print. It’s kinda hard to see.

The ink on the cards are very low quality , in the picture looks radiant, but in the physical cards has a pale color.

Ugly, cheap, missing ten envelopes! Very very disappointed!

I attempted to communicate through the chat vs a person which i do not like. Please credit me for the business cards as they are not to our expectations. second i would like to speak with a designer so that i can get an answer on how to add dots in between our tag line under the name logo icon

Zazzle did an excellent job with adding my personal touch to the great card that I choose to use. My friends always enjoy the personalizations when they receive them.

Your products are exceptional and so when I want something extra special, I go to Zazzle and am never disappointed. However, the shipping timeline was a problem. I ordered a birthday card and paid to have it delivered "on or before Dec. 29th." Her birthday was Dec 30th so that was perfect for me. However, a shipping label wasn't created until Dec 30th, (after I sent an email about the delay), and she did not receive her card until January 6th. I was advised that my shipping charge would be refunded but have not seen that credited to my card as of 1/21/26.

The invites were beautiful in terms of template, font, etc, but we were not in love with them. There were not many options in terms of paper, quality, length, width etc. The sizing options they gave us were not the standard size options everyone chooses, and the measurements for the thickness of the paper were totally wrong. We went with the thickest one & they were not thick at all. They felt/looked like the flyers you get put under your windshield wiper with a promo for a car wash.

For $197 for 2000 cards, I really expected more. After paying for express shipping, it was slow getting here. After opening the box, I’m so dissappointed. I expected so much better quality for such high priced cards.
