It’s wrong and no help to fix my design no one to talk to but a stupid machine fake person

I attempted to put on the envelopes my return address only to not have it printed and I was shorted 20 envelopes from my order of 70 cards

These cards turned out nice, however the envelopes did not have the return address on them and some of the recipients had my own address instead of theirs. I would include an example at the company's request as that would not be public. I had great results for my wedding order, so I returned for the Christmas card idea.

The quality was low. The ink had bled onto other cards, some were bent. The envelopes were very thin. I should have ordered a higher quality paper but I went off the reviews that said standard was the most popular. I ended up throwing the order away and buying another gift altogether because it was too close to Christmas to receive another order in time. Don’t need to publish this review please. Thanks.

The premium thick were badly cut with rough, uneven edges and leftover fragments from the cutting process. It looks like the cutting blade was dull or the cards were not properly trimmed. This is not acceptable quality, especially for a paid premium option.

Lovely bow design, easily customizable

Nice quality, rich color, shipped ahead of schedule!

Artwork and quality are just as pictured. However these are incredibly small, essentially business card size and would not be able to be sent through usps mailing. There should be an additional typically sized matching thank you card option.

The flat cards were exactly like my painting and were used as my holiday cards. I will use zazzle again!
