Zazzle Invitations

The font was not the font that I chose for my envelopes. Whoever printed them should of acknowledged that there is no way that the name is readable cause it was not.

Quality of the card stock wasn't as good as it was in the past. When I tried to reorder my note cards...website said the item was "discontinued"... But very happy with products from Zazzle!

We purchased the 5x7 invitation, baby book card and diaper raffle card. We were shorted 3 envelopes for the 5x7 invitation. That's unacceptable and you should actually provide at least 1-2 extra envelopes with each order in case an error is made when addressing them. We had 0 errors and came up short.

The worst. Absolutely terrible product. Were you running out of ink? the ink is bleeding and the 'black' ribbon isn't even black. The ink wasn't strong enough to make the ribbon black. It suppossed to be for wrapping, but the backside of the ribbon is so ugly, it's completely unusable. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY BUYING ON ZAZZLE

My invitations were printed upside down. When I tried to interact with customer service they said I would have to mail the invitations back and then they would send me new ones. I explained that due to time constraints I could not wait for them to be mailed back, reprinted and the shipped back to me again. After a lengthy exchange all that was offered was a small refund. I would have expected a company of this size to overnight me fixed and appropriate invitations (as this was a zazzle error and not an editing error on my part), and then I would have happily returned the incorrect ones. I will never use zazzle again for any printing needs. What a terrible customer service for a company that prides themselves on being a part of some of the biggest moments in people’s lives.

Love the design but the quality of the paper and printing is not what I expected from Zazzle. I’ve ordered these before and this order is not that great. Colors seem faded and the edges look old. Hard to explain. I’ll use them but bummed. Business cards are so important for that first impression.

I ordered a single copy to make sure I liked the envelope for my save the dates. And honestly I loved it and would like to order it for all 150, however it arrived with ink stains on other parts of the envelope. In the same test order I ordered a save the date and the corners were also dirty. So I love the envelope and the save the date and would like to order them but I just don’t trust that they’re going to arrive clean. I’ve used Zazzle before and this has never been an issue, but I’m nervous to trust that when 2 things in my order were dirty or stained.

I love this design! I searched for a long time, went through so many business cards until I found theses. I love that I can edit the design to exactly my liking as well as add my own information. I have now beening using these cards for over 4 years. I've had so many compliments. I won't change them, unless something really knocks my socks off.

I am sorry to be rude, but they were WAY to small for any wine bottle! Why even make them if they're too small! I don't get it!

This was a gift for my granddaughter. She loved the style of the cards and will be sending handwritten notes soon.
