This card was perfect!

It was terrible print quality for my holiday cards. I have ordered them before and the quality was never this bad. The faces of my family were blurry. I had no time for reprint. I will not use Zazzle again

It was beautiful, the only thing was the corners were piling

Good: 1. The cards were nice. 2. Some envelopes I ordered to be addressed. They were. Bad: 1. I ordered 70 cards; they only sent 60 envelopes. 2. I ordered return-addressed envelopes. My envelopes did not have the return address. 3. Poor customer service: I have not been able to contact customer service, despite attempts to call, message/online chat, and email. I chose to pay a somewhat exorbitant fee to rush shipping because I wanted to get many cards out early. That was my choice, but because of that, I really could not even return the cards. And I have not been able to contact customer service, despite attempts to call, message/online chat, and email. I also ordered 3 pillows. Two had poor quality stitching (the photos came out beautifully). I had the same issue: I had paid a very exorbitant fee to rush these as gifts, so it’s hard to return. And I have not been able to contact customer service, despite attempts to call, message/online chat, and email. I used Zazzle about 12 years ago and was very satisfied. I would now not use them again, based on the fact that I can’t even get in touch with them about these problems on their end.

These were so disappointing and i would not recommend using Zazzle for wedding printing. We needed some good quality prints for our table numbers and seating charts and ordered here. We paid for expedited shipping and they still arrived later than promised, and while the paper quality was good the prints were uneven and the cuts were off. I understand the bleed area might get cut, but they cut one side off and not even with the other, and none of the prints were cut the same so our prints look like they were cut at home by myself! It's too late to return and redo this order for our wedding, but I cannot recommend at all.

you sent a message saying i would get store credit for the error on my card!,, i went to balance and it says 00. i will look through you store but i can’t see why you can’t make the same card WITHOUT THE MISTAKE.
