I have been a customer of Zazzle for a long time, and honestly have always preferred Zazzle. These Christmas cards I ordered are so thin it is comical. However, I have 3 small kids and likely ordered these fatigued and accepted I must of over looked a detail on paper weight when ordering. But here I am with 30 min to get them all stuffed and addressed after putting my kids down. To find ALL of them are too big for the envelope. Luckily I can add to my embarrassment because they are so thin they will all fold over in the envelope to get it closed. I know it is a busy time for everyone, my self included at work, but Zazzle I have been around a minute with you guys and have never seen you do this... come on now! -Concerned Customer

I ordered the Modern Typography Happy Holidays One Photo Holiday for our family Christmas cards. They were supposed to come after Christmas, which was entirely my fault doing our cards so late. I was extremely pleased to see my cards arrive not only early, but the week before Christmas! The design looked exactly as it did online customizing it and we even received a couple extra envelopes. I could not be any more pleased with this order! I hope the owners/creators pillows are always cold, their coffee order is always correct, and that they always find parking on the first try. Blessings to you all!

Probably won’t order from zazzle again…. The printing is pretty subpar for the cost. I may pay a little more and go with a better brand next time.

Loved the card however the quality was super grainy and the pics were distorted.

Was not happy. Belived it was a card. Not postcard.

The postcards are printed upside down. The front is face up but when you flip it over you find everything upside down so you have to flip the card. This not how postcards are printed. I tried contacting customer service but I'm only given a return option and it's almost christmas. Disappointed.

Great cards- Love them!!

When I designed the card, I selected a 9pt font. The printed card that I paid $84 in expedited shipping for arrived and the font is a size 2-4pt, at best. It is microscopic and cannot be used. I tried and waited on hold four times yesterday for a human to talk to and no one ever answered and each time I was kicked out of their system. I am STILL waiting for someone to get back with me. Proof of my font size is in the photo attached. Your system doesn’t work.

this photo does not look like the original I sent, it has been fixed either AI or airbrushed or double layered the 2 children have crazy noses and weird face shapes!!! want and need new cards front side was messed up but back side is great!! I want a credit issued ASAP so I can reorder cards PLEASE PLEASE

All i can say is lower your expectations when ordering from Zazzle. I ordered these gift tags for a family shower and I am unhappy with the finished product. The item shown on their site is enlarged and significantly smaller in person. My issue is with the event date. It is teeny tiny and difficult to read. Zazzle blamed me that I did not select a larger size. Are they kidding?! With an enlarged tag on display, who knew?!

None of the cards I ordered were the ones sent! I will never order from Zazzle again

The cards were beautifully crafted and was exactly what I wanted. The address labels were very nicely crafted also and made a nice match to the card. Very happy.
