Zazzle Invitations

It has been well over two weeks since I placed the order and I have yet to receive items. Extremely disappointed and frustrated to have such a delay in delivery. How is timing not a priority this time of year? At this rate my Christmas cards will not be received before the holiday. I will not be ordering again, there’s plenty of other companies to choose from.

They were so sweet they replaced the cards no problem! Love the design and it looks so fun!!

Good quality and printing

I was very dissatisfied when I received my hang tags. The paper was very cheap and flimsy had a horrible design pattern on the back of it that I was never shown never approved. The logo was printed way too small. You can’t read the copy overall it looks horrible. If you could read the copy, it may have looked OK and I’m a designer so I know how to do relationships and ratios. Don’t ever order this product from this company ever again.

I’m so upset. I didn’t notice Zazzle messed up our cards before sending them out.

I customized and purchased this invitation for an upcoming New Year's Eve party. Everything about it was beautiful, it exceeded my expectation. The semi-gloss paper, printing and design was great. The shipping was fast and I received my invitations in perfect condition. If needed I will buy again and I highly recommend this seller.

Extremely disappointed with my service. I paid extra to have all of my order arrive by 12/15. The invitations arrived on 12/16 and the other two items in my order are now scheduled to arrive on 12/19/25. This is delaying the sending of my invitation and not giving my guest the full month to reply.

I think my Christmas cards came out beautifully. The cards themselves seemed to be great quality! The checkout process was different than other companies, so I missed the opportunity to express ship them. I emailed Zazzle and they fixed it to express ship with no extra charge. (Communication was quick!) That was incredibly nice! The only negative thing I can say (not really a huge deal) there was a bit of extra white paper at the top. But I just cut it off and it was perfect. Also, 17 envelopes came with my order of 20 cards. Again, no big deal! I’d rather need 3 envelopes than 20! Anyways, all in all, I’d use this company again. I chose a matte finish and that was the way to go for a nostalgic Christmas feel!

perfect card for those who are devoted cyclists

The card was everything I hoped it would be. Zazzle made it so easy!! The only thing I was disappointed in was the quality of the envelope - I paid extra for the heavy cardstock for the card - I ma have missed an option to upgrade the envelope. However I was so pleased with the quality and the on time shipment and the ease after entering all my addresses - and they will now have a client for life.
