The captions for the pictures were ridiculously blurry. The pictures were also so grainy and awful. Very disappointed and upset with turnout. I’m bummed I paid extra for fast shipping too.

This cards came out much better than I expected. I purchased they as an easy way to give people my youtube and tiktok channel if I interview them. They were on a holiday sale and came out to 28 bucks after shipping for 100 cards. The signature matte cardstock as a base model, made me worry the cards might be cheesy and flimsy. Was I wrong! These came out like some professional looking cards that cost way more. First time ordering from Zazzle and I am impressed.

Have been ordering custom inscribed holiday and birthday cards from Zazzle since 2014. Using an online transcription app. I translate what I want to say. Then make sure it's correct. Insert the translation onto the card. When I recieve the finished product, it's exactly as I ordered

These are absolutely adorable! Very high quality and so great for packing in book boxes and even handing out. Will definitely buy more of these.

Print arrived with in poor condition (damage). I unfortunately, can not return them for a replacement or refund as I need them for my business right away. I usually receive excellent condition cards, and always source through Zazzle but they disappointed me this time.

loved it. not trying to sound like scrooge, but most people i know will eventually throw away the holiday cards they get. why not go small. first time trying this size. my grandmothers both said make it a little bigger. so next year will try a bigger size

I love it! It's exactly like the picture. Great quality. I would recommend.

Overall, I am ok with the print quality which is darker than I'd like but not too far off my expectations. However, I am missing 10 envelopes of the 5 x 7 size and 2 of the smaller (different image) cards. I have tried going through the assistant robot to fix this problem but the id# on the paper work sent comes up as invalid and there is no telephone number to talk with a human...frustrating experience.

I would have liked to send this card to my son however Zazzle delivered to the wrong address & sent me someone else's order. I was on with chat for 1 1/2 hours on the weekend because they don't offer live representatives to speak on the phone to customers. I once again went to chat this morning since my email isn't working and finally chatted with a person who said they'd expedite the cards, however I see they've not been resent. I understand people make mistakes but this is terrible customer service! I guess my son who has special needs won't be getting this special Christmas Card...

I ordered 20 of these cards and 16 of them came in with a white edge, they were printed unevenly and the white edges were left on the card. I was extremely disappointed in these cards.

These turned out perfect! They are so beautiful! I love them! If you like wood and sunflowers these announcements are for you! However if you want to write a personal note on them be prepared to add a note card because nothing is going on this.

Cute design, but not at all clear that it's a postcard not a note card - especially since there's a separate "postcard" entry. Would not have purchased if this was clear.

Great quality and service.

I am extremely disappointed with this order. I uploaded a fully designed card with specific layout, typography, spacing, and intentional white space. What I received was essentially a blank card with only the logo printed, completely omitting the actual design and content I paid for. This is not a minor color variation or print inconsistency it is an entirely different product. The final result bears little to no resemblance to the proof or design that was submitted. There was no communication, no clarification request, and no indication that the file was unprintable or would be altered this drastically. If a design cannot be printed as submitted, that should be communicated before production not discovered when the product arrives. This was a complete waste of time and money, especially for a custom item ordered with purpose and intention especially for a bride to be. I’m completely crushed. I would not recommend this service for custom or designed stationery unless you are comfortable receiving something vastly different from what you approved.

The type was off and obscured by the design. I know I wouldn’t have ok’ed that so I assume it was messed up during production.

The photos may look clear in the review but when they arrive they are fuzzy, not sharp, clear images.. 😩 Its so close to Christmas we are going to have to use them but they are not what was expected...

Beautiful card!! Shipping was quick, only issue was the postage, the smaller card ships with 1.29 postage instead of a regular stamp.
