Beautiful photo card! Exactly as pictured! Very fast shipping!

Imagine my surprise when I sat down to write my cards and each one had a family greeting “The ANDERSON FAMILY” with individual names listed. My last name is VonRuden and I don’t know any of the individual names listed.

The paper was awful. I thought it would be like all the other invites I have ordered over the years. Very small. Not sure how I missed this. I have to reorder now

the pictures on my cards came out blurry which was a disappointment as the images looked crystal clear online and nothing noted that it may be like this

I made an error on the return address for a set of printed envelopes. When requesting a return to re-purchase with the correction, I received a very long set of instructions that were too complicated for me to comprehend and execute. I ended up pasting stickers with pre-printed return address on the erroneous envelopes instead. NEVER again!

I ordered cards they were wrong then for some reason I got sent 2k cards that were some other ladies name and the wrong QR code.!. I did get half replaced which was okay but would like the rest I sadly had to throw away.!. Mad.!.

i paid extra to have them Friday and now coming Monday. I could have saved myself money if you would have been honest on shipping. I am a small business owner family fun center and the weekends are busy for me. I was hoping to see gift cards this weekend since I ran out Thursday. Thanks.

I’m very disappointed that I can’t give a 5-star review due to customer service issues. Shortly after finalizing and submitting my order, I requested a small business name change. Customer service informed me that no changes could be made. As a result, I’m now stuck with business cards I won’t be able to use, despite paying $29.39 including shipping. I’m a returning customer and have ordered from Zazzle before. In the past, I was able to make changes without any issues, so this experience was unexpected and disappointing.

When I ordered this item on Zazzle it said if I order in the next 16 hrs I would receive it by the 24th of November. Once I ordered, I later went back to check and the date changed. The event I needed it for was the 26th of November. Needless to say I wasted money because it didn’t come until Dec 2nd. If you see what the person ordered and you couldn’t finish the product until after the date on the item why create the order. NEVER AGAIN!!! Didn’t even offer me half the money back. I can’t tell you what it looked like, when I got the package o put it in the trash without opening it. It was pointless!!!

Really happy with the quality of the card itself. Unfortunately, our main photo on the front of the card turned out way darker than it looked on the preview. These were professional photos we had taken during the end of summer, so not sure if they just turned out dark because of the ink/paper material? Two of the cards also had a small white mark right on my daughter’s face. Overall fine I guess.

Great quality, pretty card - would buy again

The card is beautiful. But the sage checked background is khaki brown, no hint of green. Disappointed with the way the colors came out, very beige and not festive for Christmas.
