The card itself was great but I paid the expedited delivery. I ordered early on a Monday for delivery on Friday. My Mom’s funeral was on that Sunday and the cards came Monday afternoon. Now I have a lot of wasted money in these.

The font was so small you could barely see and the texture of the cards weren’t very good at all. Really disappointed

Magnet does not work

The worst quality card I have ever gotten from zazzle. The edges were all frayed when they arrived (inside of an envelope). I hate that I have to send these to friends and family but there’s not enough time to reorder. :(

Missing the whole other half of my order. I ordered 10 boxes which makes 1000 and I only received 5

Very disappointed. The quality of the product was good but I ordered 200 cards and they shorted me by 15 cards, which has never happened with any other provider I've used in the past (Shutterfly, Minted, etc.) Do you not have any quality control? I have left a an email message and so far absolutely not response as all I asked them was to overnight ship the 15 cards that were short on my order....no response at all. Extremely disappointing and unless I get a response very soon I will never order holiday cards from Zazzle again.

Excellent quality and service. The only thing is that the lotus flower isn't as golden as described.

super terrible service! They sent me wrong cards, and I don't have a time to order new one! What a stupid customer service!!!!!!! No customer service, nothing to help! Never will order again!
