Im happy with the business cards. They are a good quality and I have received several compliments on them from my customers.

My design looked great — until I received it and noticed something looked off. There was a floral graphic placed horizontally across my design. I don’t know how it got there. I didn’t search for or add any additional elements to this second order of my design. I only changed the order my and my husband’s names were listed and slightly resized the image on the back side. I also requested and paid to omit the Zazzle logo, yet it was still included on my cards. I will be more careful in the future to ensure that my design is accurate before ordering. So disappointing.

The artwork on the card is beautiful and matches my branding. The card stock is a great weight. I just added this Thank You card to a gift for my top customer for the year.

The logo isn't centered. I had ordered it before and they did it well, but this one isn't properly centered. The logo is too far to the left.

Paid for high definition and luxury paper and the photo still came out blurry. Very disappointed. & it was not any cheaper than other places. Will not order from Zazzle again

I purchased this item on November 27th with expected delivery date of December 9th. On December 4th I received an email that the item had shipped, still stating delivery to be “on or before December 9th”. Today is December 11th & my item hasn’t even been received by the postal service. Only a label has been created. I’ve reached out to customer service on multiple occasions with no response for the request of a refund for my purchase plus the shipping amount paid. Customer service for Zazzle is clearly terrible. Maybe the review will help me with my refund request given that delivering the cards to me will be pointless because Christmas will be come & gone.

I’m so disappointed with my cards. The pictures are distorted and pixilated. I paid for rush delivery and received it later than the date, only to have cards I won’t be sending out because the quality is awful. This is beyond frustrating and now I don’t have time to get new cards. What a waste of time and money.

I’m so disappointed. This is not a display card. The side slots aren’t cut, they are printed lines. I could have printed these at home. I paid to have it come with the side slots cut.

Accurate representation , happy with product

If I could give 0 stars I would. These were horrible. The estimated ship date changed 3 times, once they finally arrived I opened them only to find out that the color on the back of the card was bleeding through the front, there’s printer marks all over a majority of them (luckily I ordered more than I needed - but still extremely disappointed) the photos look blurry and grainy. I will not be buying from this artist again, nor will I be recommending to others. Extremely disappointed in this order and embarrassed to be sending these out to family and friends.

Several print/bleach marks right over our heads were found on several cards. Also had to hand add return addresses on all didn’t realize you had to pay extra for that.

Some of my prints have obvious discoloration. The design is great, but the printing is subpar.
