ACTUALLY TERRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Everything has not arrived FOR WEEKS even after I have paid expedited shipping that they will not reimburse. And there is zero customer service representatives to speak to. A TERRIBLE COMPANY.

You need to speak to your delivery crews well as the crew that packed the order! The package, which is cardboard, was absolutely soaked. When opened, the card and envelope inside was soaked and swollen. It was never packaged in plastic before shipping. It could’ve been salvaged at least. I received another Zazzle package that was put inside of the mailbox and the individual cards were wrapped in protective plastic against the elements. Very disappointed!

The quality and design of the this invite style is absolutely stunning! The reason why I brought it down to 3/5 stars is because the color is not a true burgundy, but rather a espresso brown. Was really hoping it would be burgundy as it is advertised and seen in the sample pictures. Thankfully I only ordered one to see how it looks before buying 50+ invites. Other than the color not being a true burgundy red, it is a great invite design!
