I uploaded the Excel template provided by Zazzle to ensure that my envelopes were pre-addressed. I was informed that if there were any issues with the file, I would be contacted before the order was dispatched. Unfortunately, the order was sent without pre-addressed envelopes. I contacted Zazzle twice and no one ever reached out to me.

Customized card fine quality, all images, text, & icons sharp vivid colors, and shipment timely.

Received our holiday card today and the background color is definitely more pink than cream. It ruins the Christmas vibe and doesn’t match the photos like it would have if it was truly cream. Not thrilled.

Inside right-side images altered, for example, see position of text on top image, image was made smaller. THAT IS NOT HOW I CREATED FILE. Also, box with text below that top image was re-positioned, & so on. IF what I submit is corrected, then DO NOT PROCESS my ORDER. I have been eating cost, & re-submitting new jobs, but I'm angry as whoever processes nice looking jobs to make it look like crap without asking customer first is unbelievable.
