Zazzle Invitations

I ordered Semi-Gloss HOWEVER received Mat finish. Otherwise a quality product. When I previously ordered similar card it was produced correctly, with Semi-Gloss finish.

We bought 70 magnet save the dates and the background on most all are discolored. There are many imperfections. The quality of the pictures are perfect! Just the background that is needing to be fixed.

It was good.... exactly what I ordered... I would change the paper style to perfect my look, but I was delivered exactly what I ordered. good product, a bit above on price.

please i can send these cards back but the design the card size itself is all perfect just the writing is way to small no one can read it everything is good on the card design everything just would love the writing to be a tad bigger thats all

I do not like the final product and I’m unable to find the return center.

Sadly I am very disappointed with how our Christmas cards turned out. Immediately after opening I noticed the white border was uneven, each side was a different width and the left side was completely cut off. It looks as if the cards were crooked when cutting the excess off, therefore making it uneven and very noticeable since there is a white border. I really liked this layout so I am very disappointed for this to have happened, especially with it being our first family Christmas card 😭 I added a picture for reference but covered our child’s face for privacy.

HORRIBLE - my envelopes came without being addressed to recipients even though I uploaded my spreadsheet with addresses.

The color was a little off compared to previous orders

would love to upload a pic but my cards seem to be lost in the mail and Zazzle customer service has yet to be able to help me. ai chat doesn't work, emails go unread and phone has beed disabled!! lost a long time customer as a result. should not have to spend hours trying to get a hold of someone in the company. still have yet to hear from someone!!

Printing is great and colors are as seen. Very nice quality.

My business cards were smudged and the print ran together. The badge was so thin that it is curved/ bent not straight.
