Very disappointed in this product it looks so cheap. I order one back in November for my Mom’s birthday and it was Acrylic and very well made. I thought I was getting the same especially because I paid more for this one.

The invitations turned out beautiful! I couldn't have asked for a better invitation! Very good quality!

Card quality was awesome, turned out super cute and just how they looked on the computer. The only downfall was the box was destroyed when shipping so it kind of ruined the top 10 invitations. We obviously still used them because we needed all of them, but I am wondering if it was the postal office. There was duck tape all over the box holding it together because of how bad the box was beaten! (i sadly didn’t get pictures) I just re-ordered 10 more so I am hoping they come in a little better shape!

The photo foam board was great. The picture quality was excellent and the overall presentation very good. The shipping was the problem. One corner of the board was damaged. It appears the shipper (FedEx) put something heavy on top of the box at an angle that caused the corner to bend. Perhaps re-enforcing the corners of the shipping box will help avoid this issue.

While our invitations turned out beautifully and were good quality, by the time we got our invites sent out the QR code on the back side expired. I was not made aware of the QR code expiring, and it would have been nice to be made aware of this prior to purchasing an entire weddings worth of invitations. Knowing that several brides or wedding parties are ordering samples ahead of their bulk order of invites, there should be a system in order that changes the QR code so this issue does not affect others in the future. While the invites were done tastefully, the quality and look of them is overshadowed by a QR code that does not allow those to RSVP to a wedding.

Would not recommend Embarrassing that a product of this quality would be shipped with the “artists” name attached to it - chat gpt and my home printer would have achieved a better result- The packaging is on par with the quality of the product (shipping container had no damage) Inside the box envelopes (extremely thin paper) were bent and torn. Will be eating the cost and purchasing from a more reputable vendor . My mistake

I was really looking forward to the invites just because I loved the design but I was upset that the picture is not centered. I went back to the design and I double checked to make sure I might have not placed it correctly and the preview shows it right in the center within the margin line just how it’s supposed to be. I know it’s not that obvious but to my eyes it is. I would do a return but I don’t have the time anymore and I also don’t know how I would even fix it since my preview was correct? I am also not willing to pay shipping and handling again.

My sons birthday theme is “Beary first birthday”. These were perfect. I also purchased matching tags for cake pops.

As of today March 3rd, 2026 I have not received my sample order that I paid expedited shipping for! I was supposed to receive this Friday, February 27th. Poor Service Period! It is still showing that the place printed the UPS Label, but has never been picked up or dropped off at UPS!!! I will NEVER recommend this site to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!
