Order has still not arrived! Was due to arrive 2 days ago and still has not. I believe it is fair for the company to refund the shipping fees as this is delaying my wedding invitations being sent out. Will never use this company again. Should have used MINTED

I paid for quality stationary. I got a copy machine crap shipped in a padded envelope so it’s all banged up on the corners! Never again! Want my money back!

The whole order system is tricky; I don’t always get exactly what I intended to order. But Zazzle is worth it, despite my many mistakes. I particularly enjoyed the creepy/disturbing Victorian Christmas cards this year (wonderful artist Jeff Bera)

I ordered these wrapping papers for Christmas gifts for my 4 friends and they arrived on time and the quality was great! I was a little nervous that my images would be blurry, but everything was beautiful. I luckily only needed 1 sheet for every gift so I gave them a sheet to keep (they were all worried about trying to preserve tue sheet on the box which speaks to how much they liked it) and I have 1 left for their birthdays this year. My group chat got a huge laugh from the wrapping paper, money well spent and I'll be back for more designs.
