First, the item didn’t arrive the way I expected. The design was off and contacted the customer service via email. They said it was my fault and were not that helpful. HOWEVER, I called the customer service to discuss about my problem and they were very supportive. I got a replacement and it was perfect this time. The design for the replacement was perfect. It was not easy to know that there is an edit button as a first time customer. It looks beautiful in my kitchen area. Thank you.

Great price for a very nice product. Arrived a day early - unheard of these days. The outside gold area has a little more orange tone to it than shown in the picture. Great packing so product can't get damaged. I used the same packing to forward the clock to my brother and sister-on-law for the 50th wedding anniversary. Printing was just as expected - lovely!
