Hi, I received my orders and there is a problem with one of the orders. The same photo was used for both orders. Lets call Attachment 1, Order A (Gift for the Graduate Trendy Magazine Photo Cover Picture Ledge) and Lets call Attachment 2 and 3, Order B (Stylish Magazine Cover Photo Graduate Party Foam B Foam Board) Order A is clear, bright and really appealing. Order B is dark, hazy and unappealing. Order B ) has 2 holes that I found on the product when I opened the box it came in. I have attach photos so you can see clearly. Please look at the photos and honestly assess the quality for yourself. Is it OK to take a customer's money and produce such substandard work? I will like a refund for the dark and hazy product that arrived with 2 holes in it (Order B).
