It took me awhile to determine the tools on the product design site, but once I did it was very easy to customize the product to my needs. And the actual product was actually what I envisioned and wanted. My only complaint is that the envelope indicated extra postage needed requiring an extra stop at the post office for mailing, however only a regular stamp was needed. Everything about the product was exactly what I wanted and I would order again.
