Gorgeous sunflowers from a medieval Italian botanical illustration are featured on this lovely and sophisticated design along with a vintage postcard of the coliseum in Rome, including the Roman postmark on the back, an Italian manuscript from the 1200s, vintage calligraphy advertising typography and an old 100 Lira stamp. Digital collage by artist Anita Barnard. This design is also available on a throw pillow, apron, messenger bag and iPad case, with matching Italian products available and/or forthcoming in my Zazzle shop.

The jar is small but seems like good quality heavy ceramic. Perfect to pack with some truffles for my Italian Mom for Mother's Day. The printing is good and the script and small text is crisp. The most saturated of the colors...yellow sunflower...might be a little lighter than pictured, but not much.

The candy jar was a gift. The recipient absolutely loves it. It shows two rescued pets who are now adopted and the logo of the national charity that facilitated the rescues. The featured dog's adoptive mom ordered a jar too; she and the dog both love it as well. The dog is especially fond of the candy jar as mom keeps doggie treats in it. The printing is undoubtedly excellent although I did not see it in person myself.
