Our conversion and baking tip designs came from our own frustration at pausing mid bake to look things up. After a search to try and buy conversion charts to keep in the kitchen, we couldn’t find anything in our style, so we’ve designed a range based around a simple aged paper design reminiscent of old cookery books. Our spoon measures cover British, United States and Australian measurements, metric and imperial, hopefully covering any English language recipes you encounter. Tablespoons have the most variation in recipes, with British and United States measurements equating to three teaspoons to a tablespoon and Australian measurements equating to four teaspoons to a tablespoon. As always it is worth noting that a fluid ounce in the United States is slightly different to British fluid ounces (which are also used in older recipes in Australia), and there’s always some rounding needed to convert between metric and imperial and to give a single unit number for liquid and fat weights and a flours and sugars weights. Reference and recipe cards are a kitchen classic, and this is an ideal way to keep kitchen reference guides handy.
