Rabindranath Tagore [Bengali: রবীন্দ্রনাথ ঠাকুর ], 1861–1941, was an Indian polymath who brought about the new age in Indian culture, particularly in Bengal by his overwhelming literary contributions and social interactions. Author of Gitanjali and its "profoundly sensitive, fresh and beautiful verse", he became the first non-European to win the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1913 ; his seemingly mesmeric personality, flowing hair, and other-worldly dress earned him a prophet-like reputation in the West. His "elegant prose and magical poetry" remain largely unknown outside Bengal. He was the composer of the India’s national anthem. The image has been recreated digitally based on a 1930 portrait taken by some unknown photographer.

My 11 yo wore adult XL (5’7” 165#). The 8yo is small framed. She wore adult small and tied it in the back. Dark haired male wore adult large and 5’9”, 110# female wore adult medium . Good quality dark Heather gray, Gildan brand shirt. -it was next up from basic choice and cost about $20 per shirt. Not too thick or thin. Washed and dried well, no major shrinkage. Not see-through. Can wear a bra under it fine. Screen print is just as shown and well done, front and back.
