Tatsuo Ikeda Mug

[Idamitsurindo] Ryugo-mon (Ryugo-mon): A side crest of the Ikeda family, which is more than 31,000 koku in Bizen Okayama, famous for Bizen butterfly. In 1635, he was given the third son of Mitsumasa, Teruroku NITTA with 15,000 koku, and he was appointed to Shiho (a post of feudal lord) which started in Ikusaka, Bicchu Province (Okayama Prefecture). The Jomon was changed to the so-called 'Ikeda Mitsucho' (three butterflies of Ikeda) of Ageha, and the Kaemon 'Mitsu Ryudo' (three dragon stony). In 1672, Mitsumasa retired and his eldest son Tsunamasa succeeded to the family, at the same time, gave his younger brother Masatoki 25,000 koku of newly developed land, and set up a territory on the Kamo side in Bitchu (Okayama Prefecture). Its Jomon is 'Mukaicho' (Ikeda Mukaicho), and its Kaemon is 'Mitsuryudo.' (Written by Kenichi TAKAHASHI, "Kamon of Daimyo family")/Written by Manjiro FUKUI, "The Study of Jomon" refers to this as 'Okayama Ikeda Mitsuru Rindo,' and it is a duplicate of the Ikeda family, which has 31,000 koku of Bizen Okayama, and 25,000 koku of Bicchu Kamogata and 15,000 koku of Bicchu Namiki, and the Ikeda family, which has a design with no problems apart from this, lists 'Ikeda Bunke Mitsuyori Ryuni.'
