Team Bride - Wedding Tote Bag

I bought these for my bridesmaids to put their gifts inside! The bags are super adorable and the printing is great- vibrant color. My only concern is that the bag is pretty darn thin. If I had known it was that thin I probably would have upgraded to a thicker one. But I guess it's a called the "budget tote" for a reason!! Great color, perfect print.

I tried to return this item and have it replaced because they printed on the back which had an ink stain because there was a yellow drip stain on the front. I knew this because I ordered two bags, one for the mother of the bride and one for the mother of the groom. The one for the mother of the bride was a gift. I am the mother of the groom. Since they were personalized, there’s really nothing else they can be used for. I was assured I would have a replacement bag and receive a call back after I waited on the phone for an hour so as to not wait any longer. Well, the call never came and it has been several days. I also never got an email and there is nothing showing in my account. I’m so disappointed. I have done so much business with Zazzle.
