Replace the current list with the tasks you have a hard time remembering, and keep a few empty checkboxes to add special items for different days as needed. I originally designed this for my son with adhd, who needed help to stay on task and focus on routines that needed to get done. Having a list gives you something to help with focus, and the satisfaction of marking items complete.
